Artwork Responsibility, Color Disclaimer & Order Policy
By placing an order with our print shop, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Image Ownership & Usage Rights
You confirm that you own full rights to the images or designs submitted for printing, or that you have obtained all necessary permissions and licenses to use them. Our print shop is not responsible for verifying copyright or usage rights. You, the customer, assume full legal responsibility for any claims related to the unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked materials.
Color Accuracy
We do not guarantee exact color matching or reproduction. Colors may vary due to screen settings, file types, print methods, and materials. Additionally, certain batches of shirt colors can vary slightly due to the garment manufacturing process. Colors from different production runs may not be an exact match, especially when reordering at a later date. Our print shop is not liable for any color variations between digital previews, garment batches, and the final printed product.
Mockup Disclaimer
The online customizer and mockups are for visual reference only. They do not represent final print size, placement, or color accuracy. Final printed results may differ from what is shown on-screen.
Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure that all artwork is accurate, properly sized, high resolution, and print-ready. We are not responsible for print defects caused by low-quality files, incorrect formatting, or customer-submitted errors.
Delayed & Split Shipments
In some cases, products or blank garments may be out of stock or delayed from our suppliers. If certain items from your order arrive late to our facility, we reserve the right to ship available items first and send the delayed items in a separate shipment at a later date. Additional shipments due to supplier delays will not incur extra shipping charges. Please note that some items may also take longer to arrive due to extended shipping times from certain suppliers.
Order Cancellation & Final Sale Policy
Once blanks have been ordered or production has begun, all sales are final. There is a very limited window to request a cancellation, typically within the first 1–2 hours of placing the order. After this point, materials may already be in process and we cannot guarantee cancellation or refunds. Please double-check your order details before submitting.
