Shipping Policy for Custom Printed Shirts

Production Time

All of our shirts are made to order. Standard production time is 5–10 business days, depending on order volume and design complexity. Production time does not include shipping time.

Note: During peak seasons or sales, production times may be extended slightly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We offer standard options at checkout. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Estimated Delivery Date

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed due to potential carrier delays or unforeseen issues.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, shipping method, and destination. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders (see promotions).

Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages due to incorrect addresses, or unclaimed deliveries. If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier directly.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us prior to ordering.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Because all products are custom made, changes or address updates must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, we cannot guarantee modifications.
